NORTON, OHIO – May 13, 2005 – Fomo Products, Inc., a global manufacturer of polyurethane foam sealants and adhesives, announces the introduction of the Handi-Foam Magnum Two-Component Refill Dispensing Unit and Heated Hose Unit which utilizes the patented Handi-Gun® dispensing tool.
The Handi-Foam Magnum Heated Hose System is designed for use with the Handi-Foam Refill Systems. The Magnum has the flexibility to insulate residential and commercial construction sites and the power for use in OEM applications. The Magnum consists of the Handi-Gun which attaches to a 50 ft. (15 m), 100 ft. (30 m) or 150 ft. (46 m) heated hose that can be coupled together to reach up to 200 ft. (60 m). These heated hoses keep the chemicals warm, generating optimum conditions for dispensing foam. There are no pumps or motors required to operate the Magnum, keeping the equipment expense minimal. The Handi-Foam Magnum is fast, portable and convenient for those remote job sites.
The Magnum Heated Hose unit requires minimal set-up and shut-down time each day. The Handi-Foam Magnum takes only minutes a day to start-up and run. At the end of the day, there is no lengthy cleanup when the system is shut-down. Handi-Foam Magnum heated hoses are ideal for a multitude of climate conditions and application uses. The heated hoses are thermostat controlled to keep the chemicals warm, generating optimum foam dispensing conditions at the point of application. The Handi-Foam Magnum requires no pumps or motors to operate, keeping equipment expenses minimal. The Magnum is powered by the standard 120V/60Hz service. For those larger jobs, the Handi-Foam Magnum hoses can be coupled up to 200 ft. (60 m) by using the Magnum Hose Connector Kit.
