Growing Akron area company specializing in building material products distributed globally is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Marketing Department as a Marketing Coordinator.  We are looking for a driven, organized, and creative individual with a passion for marketing to help support our brands.  The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing Department Manager and will work closely with all departments in developing new marketing literature to support new and existing brands, organizing trade show exhibits, working closely with key customer accounts and various special projects.

Specifically, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Management of Partner Program (key customer support program) including quarterly contact with customers, design of custom literature, travel to customer events (i.e. open houses) and monthly reporting on customer communications and sales/gross margins.        
• Customized literature including direct mail, sell sheets, etc.
• Assisting with the development of literature and product packaging
• Assisting with new product launches
• Trade show logistics management
• Product catalog design and updates
• Design of customer and sales support tools
• Promotional video development (for trade shows, distributor show rooms, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

• Enthusiastic and professional
• Self motivated, well organized and able to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Knowledge of distribution or building material products a plus

Travel requirement – up to 25%
