Fomo Announces New 12-Ounce Cans of Handi-Foam® Fireblock and Handi-Seal® Window & Door Sealant

NORTON, Ohio (January 10, 2012) – Fomo Products, Inc. is announcing the release of their 12-ounce Handi-Foam Fireblock and Handi-Seal Window & Door Sealant. The 12-ounce one component foam (OCF) offers the perfect size for smaller jobs, while offering the same product quality and reliability as the larger size products.
Handi-Seal Window & Door Sealant is Fomo's patented closed cell, low pressure window and door foam. Handi-Seal is compliant with AAMA document 812-04. Unlike open cell formulas that absorb and trap water, Handi-Seal’s Dry Seal Technology is the only patented formula designed to prevent moisture and mold problems by repelling water.
Handi-Foam Fireblock is used to block the passage of flame and smoke in concealed penetrations from room to room and floor to floor in residential construction. Fireblocking is required by the International Building Code for Type V residential construction and Handi-Foam Fireblock 12-ounce meets ASTM E-84 Class 1 for caulk and sealants and is compliant with AAMA document 812-04. The foam combines with moisture and humidity in air creating a superior closed cell barrier against draft, noise, moisture and air infiltration.
